Centrally located, grand hotel, really good room, clean and comfortable, abundance of amenities, really good breakfast.

A great base for exploring the historic city, with its convenient location in the heart of the old town. The hotel is within walking distance of major sights, near the river and surrounded by shops. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay.

The service at the hotel can be slow and inefficient at times.

The lobby was excellent with its iconic red staircase and sofas, and the staff greeted us with a chilled glass of cava before checking in, a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the key attractions in the city.

The bathrooms were modern but impractical, with the shower and bath setup making it difficult to use without stepping into the tub. The restaurant was average in terms of quality, so it might be better to explore other dining options in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff made us feel pampered throughout our visit. the spa, sauna, jacuzzi, and beautiful sun terrace with heated swimming pool and sun loungers fulfilled all our relaxation needs. the live entertainment and leisure/TV room were additional advantages for our entertainment pleasure. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, the restaurant outdoor terrace, and the extensive menu it offered.

The only slight downside was the small rooftop swimming pool, which we found to be rather cramped. Despite this minor issue, the public bath and spa centre in this venue were truly outstanding.

We loved the welcome drink, early check-in, and the amazing interior decor inspired by Spanish master painters. The breakfast selection was outstanding with delicious fruits, cold cuts, hot food, and bread. The staff was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The Red Level room on the 7th floor offered a stunning view of the Cathedral, and we appreciated the inclusion of organic tea, coffee, and complimentary water and chocolates. The location of the hotel was perfect, and we had access to refreshing drinks in the Red Level lounge after our nights out.

The location was excellent, right in the center of everything we needed, close to all the tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic spa and gym. The breakfast was perfect, with a wonderful selection of fruits, cold cuts, hot food, and bread.

There were no negative aspects to mention. It was hard to think of anything that could have been better.

The staff were really good too ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and friendly professionalism was really nice. The hotel also offered a VIP service with a Red Level Lounge, where we could enjoy complimentary drinks and food with a wide variety of choices. The rooftop pool area, although lacking food service, provided a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The room itself was beautiful, although a bit small, it was well-designed and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect service, prime location, and luxurious facilities.
